The Finance, Administration & HR division of Randstad Professional Leader Search & Selection, specialized in the search and selection of middle, senior & top management profiles, is looking for an:

HR MANAGER

The resource will perform the following tasks:

• Experience in international companies;
• Developing, implementing and maintaining local HR policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing legal and company level compliance;
• Day-to-day management of Employee Relations issues, maintaining constructive works council and trade union relationships and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, HR Policies & Procedures;
• Resolution of local site operational issues, including employee negotiations;
• Overseeing compliance responsibilities and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to local HR practices and global policies;
• Work in collaboration with relevant parties to ensure cost efficient and reliable payroll operations;
• Coordinating organisational and restructuring changes in the country in alignment with Business HR.

Required skills:

• Proficient in Excel;
• Availability for business trips.

Place of work: Bologna
