Hr Support - Labour Cost Planning Analyst
Reporting to: Head of Human Capital Cost Control, Data and Operations
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the Compensation Cost planning & control processes in close collaboration with Finance and the HR leadership team.
- Manage all the comp-cost related accounting activities: quarterly closings, accruals and reversals of variable compensation, provision of non-financial information (e.g., numbers of HCs) for statutory reporting.
- Manage the monthly/quarterly workforce planning and monitoring across the Business Unit, through data gathering, analysis and reporting.
- Engage and challenge key stakeholders in the preparation of future workforce and labor cost plans.
- Perform scenario analyses and simulate the impact of strategic actions on workforce and costs.
- Provide upper management with recommendations regarding initiatives for cost and workforce optimization.
- Automate, simplify and streamline WF and labor cost reporting practices in close cooperation with HR business partners.
- Participate in the development of an IT system to manage all the WFP and cost controlling processes.
- Process ad-hoc requests and perform analyses for a variety of stakeholders within the Business Unit.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or similar.
- Ability to model, analyze and present data in a clear and impactful way. Proven experience in Workforce Planning and/or cost controlling roles is a clear plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (especially database management and data modeling).
- Strong feeling for numbers, ability to process data to drive business outcomes.
- Attention to details and ability to identify and solve problems.
- Knowledge of SAP HR modules is a plus.
