Housekeeper Supervisor Season 2025 - Splendido, a Belmond Hotel

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor for the next season (spring/summer 2025) to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
He/She will report to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Coordinate cleaning activities, planning and distributing room tidying interventions
• Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure the highest standards are met
• Assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in the monitoring of housekeeping procedures
• Interaction with all the departments for daily activities

• Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
• Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
• Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
• Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or background

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry
• Italian speaker and good knowledge of English
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of LQA standards

• We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Housekeeping Supervisor
• Start date: April 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
• Monthly gross salary around € 2.050, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR
• Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus
