Nature and aim of the position

Refund Tax Free Forms at Merchant’s Forte Village (Cagliari) following Global Blue and Merchant’s guidelines and policies.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Process Tax Free Forms for international travellers
• Act as a Global Blue Ambassador
• Ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers
• Prevent refunding mistakes and fraud
• Prepare reports when necessary
• Observe Global Blue and Merchant’s policies, guidelines, and procedures

Background and Education

• Experience in face-to-face customer contact
• Experience in managing tills
• Retail or front office experience
• Customer service experience

Specific skills and knowledge

• Fluency in English
• Dedication to service and customer satisfaction
• Experience in using office software
• Trustworthiness to handle large amounts of cash
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to handle stress
• Nimble yet thorough
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• Working experience is a plus
