Within the Global High Jewelry & High-End Watches (High-End) team, based in Rome, we are searching for a High-End Client Engagement & Experience intern.
Reporting to the High-End Client Development Director, this role has the aim to support the creation and implementation of innovative client experiences and engagement strategies, focusing on HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and VICs (Very Important Clients), ensuring excellence in planning unique Client Journeys and relationship-building activities.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in analyzing client data to support tailored engagement strategies.
Support targeting strategies for client experiences, including proposing client lists in collaboration with markets and consolidating client profiles (qualitative and quantitative data).
Contribute to the planning and coordination of exclusive high-end client experiences.
Refine and improve the Toolkit and update semester calendar to ensure client activations at key moments and locations.
Collaborate on the development of gifting programs for high-value clients.
Help identify and leverage client development opportunities to delight clients.
Oversee the annual targets of the Client Journey plan (by market) and follow up with those who have not updated their activations.
Assist in tracking budgets and managing suppliers for client-related activities.
Monitor competitors’ activities related to client experiences and provide insights to enhance strategies.
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities:
University degree in Business Management or a related field; study experience abroad will be considered a plus.
Good relational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are an advantage.
