Position Overview: As the Head of Product Development at Nucs AI, you will lead the development of our AI-powered products, focusing on clinical integration and patient outcomes in prostate cancer care. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare integration and product development, particularly in the MedTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Healthcare Integration and Product Development: Proven experience in integrating healthcare applications into clinical settings, especially working with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Lead the product development strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical integration requirements and usability.
2. Clinical Integration and Leadership: Deep understanding of healthcare delivery challenges, patient care, and how technology can improve outcomes. Guide cross-functional teams in the design and development of user-friendly, secure applications.
3. Security and Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet healthcare security and privacy requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Healthcare Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product development for the healthcare or MedTech sectors.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead development teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
3. Healthcare Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows and challenges in healthcare integration.
4. Technical Skills: Experience with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar tools is advantageous.
