Let us describe the challenge we offer
Polestar Head of Marketing Italy will be the primary point of contact for all marketing activities relating to the brand in Italy, collaborating closely with the Global team to ensure brand consistency across the markets.
You will be responsible for successful new product launches and driving awareness for existing product line, strengthening consumer awareness and consideration of the Polestar brand.
You will be responsible for aligning Sales and Marketing KPIs, focusing on building the brand while meeting sales targets.
You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director Polestar Italy and work in alliance with the Brand & Marketing at Polestar HQ.
The role is based in Milan, Italy.

Who you are
- You are driven, committed, with proven experience in marketing communications and brand building, preferably with a marketing or business degree
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Communications preferred), Master's Degree and global experience a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Italian automotive market and its target audience and specifications
- Must be passionate and enthusiastic about sustainability and electric vehicles
- Strong and proven leadership experience in marketing management
- Extensive knowledge of marketing communications programs in traditional, digital and social landscapes
- Proven experience with web, social, and paid analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: a collaborative ethos and the ability to effectively interact with and influence a diverse group of people
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Project management and multitasking skills; ability to effectively manage project tasks, timelines, and communications
