Head of Finance - Real Estate

Our client is an international company, specialized in the real estate and project development of the European market.
We are looking for a Head of Finance for Italy branch.

Reporting hierarchically to the Managing Director and functionally to the CFO located on the HQ, and managing a team, you will be accountable for:

1. Commercial property management performance of the Company as service provider and for the preparation of financial statements of the Company and related investor’s companies
2. Conceiving holistic strategy for property management and accounting services to be provided by the Company
3. Definition and implementation of commercial structures within the Company
4. Networking strategically with all partners in the market and managing business relationships while keeping close contact with the headquarter
5. Supporting acquisition activities and developing and designing ideas to let Company grow
6. Coordinating all corporate services of the Company

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

1. Degree in business amministrative, finance or real estate management
2. Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a relevant managing role in an international medium/large company
3. Knowledge in real estate business and in the financial sector
4. International collaboration experience
5. Very good Microsoft 365 skills
6. Advanced knowledge of SAP FI or YARDI
7. Business fluent English, ideally (but no requirement) advanced German language skills
