Our attention to detail and aesthetics have made us one of the fastest-growing watch brands on the international scene. In order to expand our team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Digital to join us in our Milan office.

D1 Milano is an Italian Watch Brand with over 3 million people visiting our website every year, more than 800 POS worldwide, more than 500K social community and over 120 000 watches sold each year.

Position Overview: The Head of Digital will report to the Brand Director and be responsible for the Sales and Marketing of all the Digital Channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze the market and identify trends and interests of potential customers to anticipate their needs;
  2. Collaborate in the development and optimization of the e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and increase conversions;
  3. Define sales targets and design affiliate strategies to boost sales;
  4. Utilize metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and leverage these insights to enhance future strategies;
  5. Manage inventory and logistics to ensure efficient product delivery;
  6. Liaise with third parties like digital agencies and software vendors to optimize channels, lead generation, bidding, and targeting strategies;
  7. Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing strategy accordingly;
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and the latest tools to maximize online sales.

Required Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a graduate-level manager with solid experience in B2C e-commerce, preferably in the luxury/design sector where the turnover generated from the digital platform accounts for at least more than 20% of Total Sales generated and more than 6 M yearly sales. High precision, organization, problem-solving, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a critical and observational spirit complete the profile. It's required to adapt successfully to diverse situations and integrate seamlessly into the company culture. Presence in the office is required.

Other required skills include:

  • In-depth knowledge of web marketing and affiliate marketing;
  • In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus, META ads, and Google ads;
  • Developed network of digital agencies;
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions;
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics.
