Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a welcoming store environment for our customers to have a unique shopping experience
  • Building, guiding, and developing a diverse team to achieve excellent results
  • Managing store budgets and operations to reach sales goals, optimize services, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Sustaining and implementing the NIKE strategy in the store (e.g. sustainability, membership, digital services)
  • Providing information for optimal store positioning in the local area
  • Ensuring the store meets all NIKE standards and guidelines
  • Collaborating with commercial partners across different stores and the head office

Qualifications:

  • Passion for NIKE and/or sports
  • More than 5 years of experience in retail and/or leadership positions
  • Excellent working knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
  • Extensive experience and skills in providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguities
  • Talent for building, developing and promoting a strong team
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
