Guest Services Agent / Bell Attendant – fixed term

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Guest Services Agent to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!

The Role of Guest Services Agent / Bell Attendant

The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for guest transport, greeting guests, assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure and managing errands. Other responsibilities will be ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room, assisting guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, and responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.

Our Ideal Guest Services Agent candidate will have:

Previous Front Office experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach. This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal. You must possess a valid driving licence and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application. Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
