Groups Operations Manager, Based in Rome: An exciting new role to grow with this well-established tour operator specializing in group travel. Paying €40-45K, Hybrid with their offices in Rome.

Groups Operations Manager, Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of all travel services, putting together group tours, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
2. Constant scouting negotiations with suppliers (hotels and bus services).
3. Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control of operational services.
4. Leading the operation team, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the operations team.

Group Operations Manager, Skills Required:

1. Proven experience in an operational management role within the travel industry.
2. Supplier negotiation experience.
3. Previous dealing with group travel.
4. Leadership skills to develop the operations team.
5. Fluent in Italian and English.

Additional Information:

1. Hybrid with their offices in Rome.
2. Paying €40-45K.
3. Working Mon - Fri.
