The Manager, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Heads of Division, Strategic Sales and HR, will be responsible for communicating the distinctiveness of each division by uncovering customer insights, delivering innovative marketing campaigns, and improving the customer experience. He/she will ensure the achievement of the company’s global revenue and margin targets by defining marketing and communication strategies/policies. Additionally, he/she will support the Board and the Leadership Team in upholding and supporting the sales of the company's products and creating competitive advantages for the company in the reference market. The role’s responsibilities include generating unique marketing plans, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing objectives. He/She represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by monitoring the market, competitors, and industry trends.
