Your Opportunity

Location: Milan

As Group Corporate Affairs Specialist, he/she will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and business issues.

How will You contribute

Working under the supervision of the Group Corporate Affairs Manager, he/she will participate and support in both ordinary and extraordinary corporate operations of the Group, providing legal guidance and advice to management and other departments on a wide range of corporate legal matters affecting the business, in particular:

1. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations and best practices in his/her scope of responsibility.
2. Assess and manage legal risks associated with business operations and transactions in his/her scope of responsibility.

Who you are

You are a collaborative team player with strong autonomy, agility, openness to digital tools, excellent business sense and problem-solving approach.

You have:

- Master’s Degree in Law and admission to the Italian Bar;
