Grocery Sales Representative - Emilia Romagna (RN)-Marche (AN-MC) e Abruzzo (P)

We are looking to recruit a Field Sales Representative to join our Italy sales team who will be responsible for an assigned territory and for assigned customers. The key responsibilities are to develop professional relationships with our customers, optimise base sales and promotions while delivering the field KPI's and your objectives. The candidate, reporting directly to the Area Manager, will mainly deal with the commercial management of an already assigned customer portfolio and the commercial development of the Italy market. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the sales points in the area of competence, with the aim of improving in-store presence of our products and guaranteeing the excellent execution of the related promotional plans, in constant collaboration with the Area Manager, the Key Account Manager and with the Trade Marketing / Marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
• Fluent in Italian
• Good level of English
• 1 year of previous relevant sales experience (especially in other FMCG companies) will be considered an advantage
• Orientation to achieve results
• Business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial approach; ability to identify and act upon business opportunities
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office and especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Valid driving license

Employment Type: Full-time, 12 months temporary contract
