The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership
The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles. Participants gain hands-on experience with real business projects, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision-making.

Participants receive a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco. As part of this programme, we are recruiting a Graduate Sales Analyst for a one-year assignment focused on business intelligence and sales growth within the Fossanova cluster.

Graduates must also be open to spending their second year in a different cluster outside their initial region to gain international or regional business exposure.

Your Impact in This Role
This assignment focuses on increasing sales volumes by identifying new market opportunities and optimizing commercial strategies. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting business intelligence analysis to identify potential prospects
2. Understanding competition positioning and market trends
3. Analyzing import/export statistics for market insights
4. Supporting the sales team in lead generation and validation
5. Developing a tactical plan for volume growth

What You Bring To The Table

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Interest in business intelligence and commercial strategy
• Fluent English & Italian skills (written and oral)
• Open to spending the second year in a different cluster for international/regional experience
