Global Vet Manager

Location: Naples

For an International Customer Company in the Food Sector, we are hiring a European Vet Manager for the Naples Plant but with frequent trips abroad.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Building, coordination and management of the European Vet Manager Team and Vet sales reps.
  • Training of the new Vet HR and product features.
  • Establishment of standards and KPIs to track the performances of the team.
  • Contribute to organization's goals and enhance market share and sales performance.
  • Prepare trade promotional plan, in agreement with the commercial director, for designated channels with crucial customers.
  • Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link marketing activities with sales team activities.
  • Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
  • Creation of new materials, trainings, and procedures for the Vet Channel.
  • Execution of new projects and roll-out planning in all countries.
  • Negotiation with chains of clinics, hospitals, and universities.
  • Develop and maintain good relations with business partners (stakeholders, buyers, KOL).
  • Work closely with colleagues from other departments and Country Managers.
  • Support distributors with marketing actions in the vet channel.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate local Vet teams.
  • Vet budget building and monitoring.
  • Vet plan building and monitoring.
  • Vet events and opportunities for cooperation.
  • Vet performance monitoring.
  • Implement and participate in improving the company Vet Strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Communication.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Inclusive leadership style.
  • Excellent English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel.
