Global Pricing Specialist (F/M/D)

Description

Hitachi Energy is looking for a highly motivated Global Pricing Manager for our High Voltage Service Business. The mission is to shift the M&S organization from a cost-plus pricing approach to a market and value-based pricing model, leveraging data analytics and structured governance.

Your responsibilities

1. Global Implementation: Roll out and implement an entirely new pricing model to all HV Service units globally.
2. Increase Pricing Accuracy: Define and test templates to increase the accuracy of pricing results.
3. Data Review: Review required data sources and conduct research within the organization’s data systems.
4. Process Development: Develop processes to ensure harmonized metrics and calculations.
5. Data Quality Checks: Implement sustainable data quality checks to ensure high reliability of reports within the required schedule.
6. Pricing Strategies: Develop pricing strategies by connecting Product Group and Service Units pricing teams.
7. Deployment Leadership: Lead the deployment of the pricing waterfall and related topics in S4Hana for the BU High Voltage Products, GPG Services.

Your background

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Pricing, Controlling, and/or data audit.
3. Minimum 2 years of ERP experience (SAP preferred).
4. Experience in Full Cost and Pricing Models.
5. Experience in a multinational complex environment is a plus.
6. Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills.
7. Abilities in Python and PowerBI are a plus.
8. Proficiency in project management, Agile (PSPO) is a plus.
9. Fluent in English.
10. Strong communication skills.
