The location of this position is flexible in Central and Eastern Europe.

Your Mission

As our Global Pricing & Profitability Manager, you will lead the development and execution of sustainable, data-driven pricing strategies that drive profitable growth for Dormer Pramet. Reporting to the Global Finance Director, you will oversee a small team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to optimize our pricing models, discount structures, and market positioning.

Your role is both strategic and hands-on, balancing long-term pricing frameworks with daily decision-making support. You will continuously refine our approach by analyzing market trends, competitive positioning, and ROI insights, ensuring pricing decisions align with our business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven, sustainable pricing strategies for our product portfolio and connected services.

• Drive profitability management, delivering accurate insights and ROI analysis to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to create and refine pricing models, discount structures, and market benchmarks.

• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing, ensuring a competitive yet profitable positioning.

• Enhance pricing execution, providing clear guidelines, tools, and training to internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to business cases and strategic projects to drive revenue growth and pricing efficiency.

• Foster strong partnerships across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product Management to align pricing initiatives with business goals.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, profitability management, business development, sales, or finance.

• Deep understanding of international pricing strategies, market dynamics, and financial modeling.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with ERP and data systems.

• Experience working in a global organization is ideal.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.

• A proactive and structured approach, capable of managing multiple stakeholders across regions.

• Passion for data and strategy, with the ability to translate insights into actionable pricing decisions.
