Global HSE Specialist BU Transformers

The opportunity: We are looking for a Global Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) specialist to join our HSE Team for our Transformers Business Unit! In this role, you will provide essential support to Business Units (BU), Geographical Areas (HUB), and Local Operating Units, focusing on HSE and continuous improvement. We are considering different locations for this role: Spain (Cordoba, Bilbao, Madrid, Zaragoza), Italy (Monseliche & Milano) & Poland (Lodz).

How you’ll make an impact:

1. Provide support to the different Business Units on a Local and Global scale in HSE Training & Competency Development.
2. Monitor and report on Business Unit processes to support HUBs in implementing and improving HSE Management System, KPIs, and HSE Training.
3. Coordinate, deploy, and follow up on HSE Training Plans, proposing improvements.
4. Implement and monitor HSE Management System and HSE Training Improvement Programs and corrective actions.
5. Support preparation for and during Internal and External HSE Audits, following up on NCRs resolution.
6. Coordinate the use of IT systems to support HSE Training & Competency Development processes.
7. Evaluate TR BU progress in HSE Training and targets compliance.
8. Support BU in learning from past incidents and implementing corrective actions from TRI and HPI investigations.
9. Improve and sustain HSE processes, documents, and other necessary elements.

Your background:

1. University Degree: Occupational Safety and Health (required) or similar.
2. Over 6 years of relevant experience as an HSE professional, preferably with international operations support and over 4 years in HSE training plans and campaigns.
3. Experience in HSE roles within Servicing, Manufacturing, Testing, and HSE management and administration.
4. Exceptional communication skills in English.
5. Experience with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 50001:2018 standards, and HSE reporting and KPIs.
