Giorgio Armani Client Advisor - Multiple Locations

Within the Giorgio Armani Group, you will join the team as Client Advisorfor multiple locations. Mainly based in our Milan S. Andrea Flagship Store, you will reflect the GA brand philosophy also in different locations during the high seasonslike Forte dei Marmi, Porto Cervo, Mykonos, St. Moritz and more to come in the coming years.
Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
• Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
• Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
• Provide an impeccable imageof the boutique
• Ensureproduct good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales

Must have skills

• At least two years of experiencein the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Willing to relocate and spend at least6 monthsin a year in locations different from Milan
• Higher education diploma and/or degree
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Strong interest and passionfor the fashion industry
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
• Team spirit

Nice to have skills

• Mastery of clienteling activities
• Fluency in any other language apart from English is surely appreciated
