About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support businesses in optimizing their digital advertising campaigns, helping them achieve their marketing and sales objectives. You will work closely with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies
2. Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
3. Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to build strong relationships
4. Work towards achieving key performance metrics and sales targets

What We're Looking For:

1. Fluent German (C1+) and proficiency in English
2. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience
3. Experience (6-12 months) in digital advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
4. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
5. Passion for digital marketing, technology, and continuous learning

What We Offer:

1. Competitive salary: 24,310 - 30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
2. Performance bonus package: Up to 3,000 - 4,290 gross annually
