Schwer Fittings specialises in and manufactures stainless steel pipe fittings. With around 400 employees in 16 subsidiaries, we manufacture high-quality products for individual areas of industry. Our wide range of products includes stainless steel hydraulic couplings, fittings, ball valves and valves, tubes, high-pressure flanges and much more.
Our worldwide subsidiaries ensure that we can offer the best possible service for our customers in the respective country. With a team of highly motivated employees (m/f/d) and the support from the Headquarters in Denkingen / Germany, we have an excellent presence in the countries, especially in the emerging market in Italy, where we have been represented in Verona for many years already.
Your interesting tasks
- You manage the colleagues in our sales office in Verona.
- You are responsible for the entire commercial process and the distribution of our products in Italy.
- You will take care of maintaining and expanding the customer base and value long-term, trusting customer relationships.
- Together you look after and manage an area with above-average demand and high potential.
- Your tasks will also include permanent commercial monitoring of the company's success, analysing the market environment and reporting.
Your ideal prerequisites:
- Commercial / technical studies (e.g. business administration, mechanical engineering, fluid technology, ...)
- Possibly knowledge of hydraulics / pneumatics / pipework technology.
- Goal-orientated, confident personality who enjoys contact with customers.
- Analytical, commercial thinking and willingness to take responsibility.
- Motivating leadership and ability to work in a team on projects.
- Willingness to travel, also for longer business trips.
- Business fluent in English, German an advantage.
