Experience & Qualifications Criteria:

1. Degree/Masters or PhD
2. Industry experience as an expat
3. Ideal industries would be from FMCG, Food manufacturing, or Agri
4. Knowledge of, success in and being an expert in business development
5. Strong management experience with a solid track record
6. Strategic mindset
7. Operational experience managing the divisional managers in HR, IT, and Finance
