Job Description

1. Define the company's long-term strategic vision and ensure its successful implementation.
2. Ensure operational efficiency, with particular focus on service quality and safety.
3. Oversee key business functions, including human resources, administration, and sales.
4. Monitor and improve business performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Develop and manage relationships with key clients and business partners, ensuring the consolidation and expansion of the client portfolio.
6. Plan and supervise the company budget, monitoring cash flows and financial performance.
7. Promote technological innovation and continuous improvement, with particular attention to maintenance and aerospace safety processes.
8. Lead and motivate a high-level team, fostering a collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented work environment.

The Successful Applicant

1. A degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a Master's or MBA is considered a plus.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles in the aerospace sector or related industries.
3. Strong results orientation and ability to manage change.
4. Excellent leadership skills, with a pragmatic and team-oriented approach.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a solid strategic vision.
6. Fluency in English, and ideally proficiency in additional languages.
