Join Our Team as Hotel General Manager ( Resort– Luxury segment, Sicily/Sardinia)

Are you ready to lead and elevate the hospitality experience to new heights? We're on the lookout for an exceptional Hotel General Manager to steer the helm of our resorts. If you have a proven track record of success with a minimum of 2 consecutive years in a reputable international hotel full service chain, specifically in a GM role within Upper Upscale hotels, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Demonstrate visionary leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and dedication among the team.
• Operational Prowess: Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Guest Experience: Craft and execute strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, exceeding expectations in the segment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 consecutive years as a Hotel General Manager in an international chain.
• Proven experience in Upper Upscale or luxury hotel settings above 150 rooms.
• Strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Upselling skills.
• Dedication to delivering an unparalleled experience to guests.
