General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our 4S dealership in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive management, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to drive sales, service, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement dealership strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
2. Manage the overall operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
3. Ensure dealership compliance with all manufacturer standards and regulations.
4. Oversee the management team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Manage the dealership's budget and financial performance.
8. Represent the dealership at community events and industry functions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of automotive management experience, with proven success in a leadership role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong knowledge of automotive products and services.
5. Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM systems.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
8. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
9. Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
