YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Book to Report Specialist, who will join The Global Business Service is a Shared Service Center network that provides Accounting services to our global subsidiaries. The EMEA Shared Service Center, based in Agordo (BL) is accountable for the following processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Indirect Taxes and Balance Sheet Assets for both Italian companies and European subsidiaries.

As a Book to Report Specialist, you will manage activities such as:

1. Month end accounting closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll)
2. Ensure quality and monthly analysis on financial reports by performing key checks in the account matrix risk such as banks, fixed asset, prepayments, accruals, payroll and taxes accounts
3. Timely proceed with Hyperion reporting fulfilling all required monthly, quarterly and yearly forms
4. Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
5. Audit and year end activities
6. Assets Management and posting
7. Bank accounts reconciliation and posting

Main requirements:

1. You have an Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management Master's Degree
2. You have excellent English knowledge. Any other EMEA languages are considered a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Arabic, etc.)
3. You have at least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Auditing within complex organizations
4. You are a quantitative analysis lover, a true Excel addict
5. You have knowledge of IFRS/IAS
6. You believe that without your team nothing is possible
7. Did you work or study abroad? This is great
