We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our French and Italian markets. As the main contact for our clients, you’ll ensure their success and satisfaction on our platform.

What You’ll Do:

1. Support clients via phone and email, resolving questions and guiding them through the platform.
2. Reach out annually to assess satisfaction and upsell when appropriate.
3. Follow up on unpaid accounts and address any concerns.
4. Monitor listings and resolve issues quickly.
5. Provide first-level tech support with partner software tools.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Native-level French and Italian, with excellent English.
2. Great communication skills and a proactive mindset.
3. Comfortable with tools like Hubspot, Aircall, and Microsoft Teams.
