Requirements

1. Proven experience in online recruitment or talent acquisition
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

5. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients
6. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms
7. C1/C2 Level English proficiency
