We are happy to share that we are currently looking for a Product Technical Performance Manager who will work in product development & implementation of new products as well as defining industrial processes for Kinder products across the world.
You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment and you will liaise with colleagues from different teams and departments, colleagues from factories around the world and our key business stakeholders to execute flawless projects.
In this role, you will plan, organize and perform the necessary trials and experiments to deliver product and process development projects that meet defined requirements.
You will participate in the creation of new products and take ownership of the industrial recipes for the products under your responsibility.
You will provide support on project implementation from concept, industrialization to product launch.
You will have the opportunity to leverage product and process expertise on Kinder products that could be made with wafer, creams, and different ingredients via lab trials, scale-up trials, factory and supplier’s trials, and taste trials.
You will be responsible for identifying new ingredients suitable for the Kinder moulded products & developing new recipes according to Kinder guidelines, ensuring optimum organoleptic characteristics and new products throughout shelf-life.
You will define key technological parameters to produce new products and continuously improve existing manufacturing processes through LEAN & AGILE methods.
Finally, you will be the point of reference for Marketing, Engineering, Plants technologists, Quality Dpt, R&D Raw & Pack materials and you will collaborate closely with the Laboratory and Project Team.
You will bring your university Master's Degree background in Food Science and Technology or equivalent scientific field and your previous work experience in R&D, quality or technical position with subsequent experiences preferred in Chocolate Moulding/Cereals & Wafer baking.
You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your experience in chemical, microbiological, sensory, and nutritional analysis and industrial processes.
Your strong creativity and innovation attitude as well as your project management skills and attention to detail will be key to performing the role at best.
Your strong communication skills, your fluency in Italian and English, as well as your desire for international mobility and your full availability for business trips will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion for our products, consumers, and category.
