FOOD MANAGER ALT STAZIONE DEL GUSTO

As a Food Manager Alt Stazione del Gusto you will be part of Enilive SpA. In particular, you will be responsible for protecting the brand and ensuring the qualitative and operational efficiency of each individual point of sale.

Main activities:

• Ensure the achievement of the objectives provided by the Management;
• Conduct daily visits to the points of sale with random checks, aimed at evaluating the areas crucial for management;
• Participate in the selection process of new affiliates;
• Propose corrective and timely actions in case of significant problems that have an impact on the image of the store and on the quality of the proposed offer;
• Ensure the implementation of the activities necessary for the implementation of the food offer at specific points of sale;
• Support the Manager in the team training processes (as required by the Enilive commercial standard of the Headquarters).

Required features:

• Master's degree, preferably in Economics; different or lower qualifications may be considered, provided that significant experience relevant to the position is demonstrated;
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the catering, large-scale retail trade or other equivalent food sectors;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Availability to travel within the country.
