Fleet Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance, care and repair of vehicles for company carpooling
• Claims management, collaboration with insurance companies
• Analysis of the composition and status of the current fleet and assessment of its possible medium-to-long-term scenarios.
• Collaboration for vehicle procurement with the Indirect Purchasing team and organization of appointments for the new service vehicles (GPS installation, interior fitting and wrapping)
• Tire management
• Other administrative activities related to fleet management (e.g., fines, acquisition of vignettes, data updates)

Your Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma in a commercial field or equivalent education
• Proficiency in MS-Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Basic knowledge of commercial activities
• Ability to work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner
• Teamwork skills and organizational abilities
• Excellent knowledge of German and/or Italian, good knowledge of English
