GreenYellow Italy is looking for a Finance Manager to lead all finance and administrative activities in Italy.

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager Italy and functionally to the CFO Europe. The finance manager will perform the following missions (non-exhaustive list):

• Perform financial control and corporate finance
• Prepare, consolidate and follow-up the financial indicators by the Group's guidelines and adapt them locally
• Responsible for internal reports and reporting to the Group + accounting supervision for monthly closures in IFRS
• Monitoring and developing a complete set of internal controls to protect the value of the assets, the execution of the business plan, and ensure its compliance with regulations and Group policies.
• Ensuring a rigorous cash management of the zone and associated cash forecasts with Group Treasury to ensure effective Financing and optimization of cash through the organization.
• Managing business controls and developing adequate processes to meet all information obligations as efficiently as possible and secure all payments and revenues.
• Optimize the performance of the company's resources and its profitability through the supervision of the annual budget.
• Be the local referent for the financial and compliance counterparty checks
• Be the local referent for Governance in coordination with Europe & Group legal teams
• Be the local referent for Compliance topics in coordination with Europe & Group Compliance teams
• Be the local referent for HR topics in coordination with Europe HR Officer & Group HR teams

This key role is fundamental to drive the growth and efficiency of our organisation in Italy, providing a direct impact on decision making and the achievement of our business objectives.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Administrative, Financial & Legal secretary Management: accounting and FP&A, Tax and accounting regulations, Project Finance is a +.
• Essential qualities for financial control which are rigor, effective communication, organisational skills and focus on reporting deadlines.
• Strong motivation to work in an international & entrepreneurial working environment and to learn new skills.
• Eager to learn and grow, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, but you have to bring your own motivation and enthusiasm.
