We are now looking for a Field Service Technician for our business in Italy.

In Packaging and Hygiene Solution, our application expertise, latest technologies for data-driven process management, digital services and a complete chemistry portfolio help our customers enhance their sustainability, process efficiency, productivity and end-product quality.

Location: Northern Italy costumers – office in Colognola ai Colli (PD) Italy

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Install, service, and upgrade equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders.
2. Perform scheduled maintenance and lab analysis at the customers, to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably and to ensure the performance of our products.
3. Maintain accurate service records so that the performance of equipment and of our products can be monitored.

What you’ll bring to the team:

1. Typically diploma, preferably in Paper Technology or Chemistry.
2. Deep knowledge about the technical aspects of the paper making process and working experience in the paper industry.
3. Ability to communicate in English within the business environment.
4. Willingness to travel.
