We are looking for:

Field Service Technician Industrial Vehicle (M/F)

Essential duties:

• Manage Machines commissioning process
• Perform Technical Trainings to our Dealers Technicians
• Manage service-related customer concerns such as warranty issues, job scheduling, job progress, etc.
• Prepare customer repair estimates in a timely and accurate manner and provide follow-ups.
• Support spare parts delivery service

Qualifications/Requirements

• Knowledge of heavy equipment such as cranes, bulldozers, tractors, combines, forklifts, etc.
