Field Service Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer’s guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division in Italy. Main stakeholders are customers, planner and sales colleagues. You will be mainly accountable for: • Finalize site activities with the Master Planner, in order to provide proper material and administrative and safety documentation •Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner. •Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery • Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued. • Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials and equipment. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.
