Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) Service Technician Italy Trento / Veneto Area

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in Italy, mainly in the Trento or Veneto Region.

Your Mission

• You install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot our industrial 3D printers on-site at our customers.
• You are also a competent and reliable partner for our clients when providing system introduction and basic training.
• You advise customers and colleagues on the telephone to pass on your knowledge.
• Your development in the role will include participation in intensive in-house training on our systems and technology at our headquarters in Germany and through external courses.
  
  

Your Talents

• Certification within electrical/mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship, or education as a Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer and in professional dealings with customers.
• Knowledge in handling complex industrial machines.
• A car driving license and willingness to travel in the EMEA region.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
