Do you have an interest and enthusiasm for sales, and feel inspired by making visible a company’s beloved brands and image, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork? Then we’d love you to consider being part of the Italy Sales team at Kellanova.

Your role as Field Sales Representative will cover Mantova, on site, part of a passionate and fun team.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Sales and Objectives: Maximize Kellanova brands by achieving sales targets in assigned points of sales and tasks including shelf reorganization, monitoring out-of-stock levels, and managing share of shelf.
  2. POS Panel Management: Responsible for effective coverage through daily and weekly visit schedules.
  3. AMPPS Strategy Execution: Execute the AMPPS strategy by ensuring Kellanova’s Brands presence, assortment, and distribution; Optimize product location, organization, and visibility in stores; Enhance promotional KPIs using point-of-purchase (POP) material.
  4. Insights and Analysis: Periodically analyse data and share views with the manager; Identify short- and medium-term actions based on insights; Continuously monitor trade, category, and brand evolution.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives; Provide advance information, recommendations, and feedback.
  6. Professional Development and Image: Actively participate in specific projects delegated by the manager; Promote Kellanova’s image through productive in-store collaborations; Utilize the Yammer platform for sharing insights and activities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  1. A university degree, preferably economics or similar.
  2. A driving license.
  3. Knowledge of trade, categories, brands strategies, consumer and shopper behaviour.
  4. Experience in sales in FMCG industry.
  5. Fluency in local language (Italian) and English.
