Practice Specifics:

1. Outpatient only, Monday - Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-12 weekly schedule.
2. Average patient volume of 18-22 patients per day.
3. Cerner EMR.
4. Minimal call responsibility - shared amongst all providers on a 1:8 rotation.

Compensation:

1. Competitive base salary plus 5,000 sign on bonus.
