Factory IT/OT Site Delivery Specialist 80 – 100% (f/m/d)

Hitachi Energy High Voltage - Business Solutions IT / OT Organization is seeking a Factory Site IT / OT Delivery Specialist for Lodi, Italy, who will provide overall service delivery to the site to drive value and business growth to the business.

Job Role Overview:

As Site IT / OT Service Delivery Specialist, you are responsible for building and providing specific IT Solutions/Services interfacing the business, consulting with the Site BU leads, business application owners, and IT stakeholders on IT-related topics. This includes also IT matters requiring physical intervention.

The role is responsible for ensuring all IT infrastructure and applications are delivered to the site as well as management of Ticket Management and Escalations. It also supports execution for factory or Hitachi Energy site's owned/managed assets and operational support of both office IT and shop floor IT/OT assets that are not supported by the OSS techs.

The Site IT / OT Service Delivery Specialist is the key point of escalation and is accountable for local business relationship management for IT service performance; you are responsible for aggregating demand for new and improved IT services required by the business and ensuring overall business satisfaction with IT services.

In this role, you lead site IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that service delivery processes and procedures are followed to meet the organization's objectives.

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead the Site IT team/resources in the factory or Hitachi Energy site.
2. Act as a point of contact for IT supplier and CDC teams for IT-related topics.
3. Ensure the Ticket Management, Ticket Triage, and Escalation.
4. Provide Infrastructure support/delivery onsite.
5. Maintain Governance and security onsite.
6. Collect and manage the demand business requirements for factory/office.
7. Provide first-line support and governance for applications.
8. Ensure OT Asset IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management.
9. Ensure First response for Cybersecurity emergencies and for operational tasks.
10. Ensure Machine Connectivity with network core switches.
11. Support kiosks, printers, conference rooms/teams rooms, vendor machines execution/support which Global OSS techs are not supporting or are managed/owned by the factory, CCTV/security system, badging, scanners for MES hardware support.
12. Manage specific applications and vendor coordination on software and network connectivity. (PLC programming out of scope)
13. Ensure access to relevant applications for the factory or Hitachi Energy site.
14. Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
15. Guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both the company and the employee.
16. Work onsite at the site or factory you are assigned to full time.
