THE ROLE
NGG is looking for a Facility Specialist to join our Store Planning department. You will support the Facility Manager in driving all ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance activities of the stores, performing the role in agreement with the guidelines set by the HQ in order to meet Company deadlines and objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance activities for the group stores.
- Periodic site inspections to ensure the highest standard aspects and to check execution of planned and extraordinary maintenance activities.
- Guarantee project schedule and coordinates contractors, suppliers and local architects in order to supervise the progress of work and to meet Company deadlines.
- Support in Budget estimation and cost control for ordinary and extraordinary activities (order request management, collaboration with accounting department for payment related issues, etc.).
- Manage new projects and openings, interfacing with internal teams and external consultants.
- Check the adequacy of sites with regard to health and safety in coordination with RSPP/HSE.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering is mandatory.
- 2/3 years experience in a similar position preferably in a luxury fashion brand.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management, aptitude for problem solving and flexibility are required.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
