Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at DHL Group is responsible for more than 12,000 properties across all DHL business units worldwide. This portfolio covers an area of more than 30 million m² and is managed by around 1,700 dedicated real estate experts worldwide.

Your tasks:

• Supports the Facility Manager in delivering operational services.
• Assists in overseeing service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals.
• Tracks the implementation of technical guidelines.
• Tracks & reports on staffing/third parties/contractors through KPIs.
• Inspects site for specific projects.
• Administers landlord payments and facilitates budget.

Your profile:

• Vocational or Technical Education (Surveyor).
• Construction Engineer Degree would be a great plus.
• Any work experience in Real Estate Company, Property & Facility companies would be a huge advantage.
• Advanced Level of English.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
