Job Description:
For the Reserve Sales Department of Montecchio Maggiore, we are looking for an EXPORT STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SPECIALIST. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Export Strategic Accounts requests within the UPS DataCentre Industrial sales environment in the Reserve Power Solutions BU.
Job Duties:
- Build and maintain stable relationships with assigned Account functions, supplying regular updates and answers.
- Analyze and transfer internally (Supply Chain / RD/ Quality) the Strategic accounts' operational needs, supplying solutions to facilitate business flow and widen the product portfolio.
- Ensure the correct execution of RFQ/RFI documentation, respecting deadlines and commercial/technical requirements.
- Support and organize Strategic Accounts’ product training webinars.
- Conduct market analysis and identify key customer targets.
- Develop relationship and product strategies to deliver TCO, addressing use cases and promoting innovative solutions to end users (DataCentre, colocation companies, consultants, etc.).
- Implement account management strategies.
- Conduct pricing offers activities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate with and influence internal and external customers and sales leaders regarding sales proposals and strategies.
- Improve account management policies and processes by implementing innovative solutions.
- Manage customer development networking.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy UPS Data Centre/Industrial Renewable Energies.
Professional Skills: Professional knowledge of English, good knowledge of Office, Qlik, SAP.
Personal Skills: Professional communication skills, team working, enterprise skills, availability for business trips.
