EXPERT TECNICO DI ESERCIZIO PUNTI VENDITA

a Technical Expert for Sales Point Operations, you will be part of Enilive SpA and, in particular, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, by contracted contractors, of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the Sales Points present within the commercial branches.

Main activities:

• Ensure the implementation, by contracted contractors, of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the Points of Sale present within the commercial branches;
• Issue assignments to external contractors in reference to activities to be carried out at Retail Outlets, using the available framework contracts;
• Verify the progress of the works ensuring their conformity with the commissioned work;
• Ensure compliance with technical standards at Retail Outlets;
• Administer and manage various databases and tools related to maintenance engineering and document storage;
• Support the technical manager in proposing and implementing investments in the Retail sector;
• Manage legal obligations relating to the exercise of the Retail activity, interfacing with engineering companies and commercial contacts;
• Manage the assigned budget, capex and opex;
• Manage the work reporting phase in accordance with the procedures and framework contracts in force.

Required features:

• Master's degree, preferably in Engineering; other qualifications, even lower, may be taken into consideration if there is significant experience in the field;
• At least 3 years of experience in the field, preferably in technical management roles in the oil/energy sector;
• Knowledge of the SAP system will be a plus;
• Knowledge of English will be a plus;
• Availability for territorial mobility and possession of a driving licence B.

The profile is completed by:

• Basic knowledge of the main regulatory obligations regarding health, safety and the environment in the workplace;
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems;
