• Provide insights into energy storage opportunities, power market policies, and customer needs in a distributed energy scenario.
• Analyse target country's power grid policies, market rules, and technical requirements, delivering comprehensive reports.
• Lead VPP customer and partner benchmarking, participate in industry forums, and offer expert consulting on customer scenarios to guide industry development.
• Develop a road-map for three generations of VPP solutions, aligning with R&D plans. Anticipate power electronics and digital technologies to maintain competitive advantage and release updates to the market in phases.
• Build a leading VPP solution platform to maintain technological leadership, define business model dimensions, and ensure business objectives are met.
• Assist the company in shaping standards and providing guidance.

Competenze ed esperienza

Key competency requirements:

• Insight: Ability to identify industry changes and evolution trends, business changes, and acute identification and judgment ability.
• Product and solution competitiveness planning ability: Plan N generation and N+1 generation products and solutions according to business and industrial core scenarios, business target network, future development trend, and value region.
• Commercial design ability: Integrate commercial design thinking into product technology traction and planning, focus on customer value, and design solutions from the top end to the end of business logic.

Key experience requirements:

• Energy-related product research and development experience: Master the power electronics knowledge of related products.
• Deep experience in power grid: Deep understanding of European power market, market policy, and distribution network.
• VPP industry experience: In-depth understanding of the distributed energy storage industry, familiar with industrial policies, aggregators, and business models.
• Insight experience: Successful experience of insight into the energy industry, accurate insight into the changes in the industry.
• Planning experience: Experience in planning new products and new solutions in the energy industry, and landing in the main version to produce better commercial realization results.
• 10 years of experience.
