ESTIMATOR - RENOVATIONS

Summary: Team member responsible for securing an adequate amount of profitable work for the company.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Meet with customers
2. Prepare and order bid documents
3. Familiarize oneself with project site and scope of work
4. Work quantity take-offs and take accurate field measurements
5. Calculate project cost analysis per plans and specifications and/or field measurements
6. Obtain and analyze subcontractor quotes
7. Perform all duties for complete preparation of project bids
8. Office to field liaison
9. Attend owner/general contractor pre-construction meetings
10. Prepare and maintain correspondence and documentation
11. Assist in collection of receivables
12. Represent Bonness Inc. in a professional and presentable manner
13. Establish and maintain an open line of communication with customers, i.e. Homeowners, Business Owners, Condo Associations, General Contractors, Engineers, Developers, Landscape Architects, etc.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma; Associates Degree preferred
2. Accounting knowledge
3. Bilingual (Spanish/English) desirable
4. Previous sales experience (1-2 years minimum)
5. Construction Estimating experience
6. Good math, written and verbal communication, and sales skills
7. Computer skills; comprehension to learn new software
