The part you'll play

The Enterprise Risk Management Specialist (ERM) will be part of the Group Planning and Control and Tax Risk Department and will be responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that may affect the brand’s operations, reputation, and long-term success. This includes areas such as supply chain, compliance, financial stability, and crisis management. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the company's continued growth while protecting against potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERM Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments across production, supply chain, compliance, financial, and reputational risks, and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations specific to the luxury industry.
  • Supply Chain Risk Management: Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to identify and address risks in manufacturing and distribution processes.
  • Crisis Management & Contingency Planning: Develop and manage contingency plans for potential disruptions and emergencies to ensure business continuity.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to integrate risk management practices across the organization.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management (ERM), ideally within the luxury goods industry or a consultancy firm.

Strong understanding of risk identification, compliance, and crisis management.

Familiarity with regulations and industry standards affecting luxury brands.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
