Description and Requirements

The Position will support Marketing Operations Director and Marketing Management Team at EMEA Level, with real-time data and investment analysis to provide a clear view of the investment status and base for decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Set Up and maintenance of Business and Marketing related Dashboards
2. Budgets Loading in systems and related Control for all Business Units in Lenovo EMEA
3. Budget Allocation Tracker Updating
4. Budget Review for all EMEA HQ Functions with Weekly/Bi-Weekly calls
5. EMEA HQ Activities Management in Marketing Systems
6. Management of Business Partners Payments Processes
7. Management of EMEA Alliances Claims Tracker
8. Communication of details of budget usage with Alliances
9. Marketing DATA Validation
10. KPI Set Up and Measurement
11. Support the Company beyond the current understanding of our marketing ROI and in defining proper KPI Structure
12. Develop positive relationships within the marketing leadership team and across critical cross-functional teams
13. Support annual and quarterly planning for Marketing and Revenue operations
14. Implementation of AI solution for Marketing and Business Planning within EMEA Marketing Organization

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to develop/deliver solutions to complex problems where analytics, process change/development are keys to success
2. 1-3 years of related experience in an analytics, consulting, or strategy role
3. Past experience engaging with executives; including preparing strategic analysis, crafting recommendations, and implementing the proposed solutions
4. Experience running mid-to-large cross-functional projects with varying degrees of complexity
5. A strong collaborator and communicator capable of working in a cross-functional environment to achieve success
6. A person with the energy, drive, passion, and enthusiasm to do and be motivated, creative, results-oriented, and possess the ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that are simple to understand
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Very high level of usage of Microsoft tools + capability of working with complex IT systems
9. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
