E-commerce Manager

Job Summary: biwin is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will lead our e-commerce strategy, enhance online business performance, and optimize the digital shopping experience for consumers. This position is essential for expanding our direct-to-consumer sales channels and increasing online brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales
  2. Manage and optimize performance on official company online store and third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, etc.)
  3. Establish annual e-commerce business goals and key performance indicators
  4. Platform Management:
  5. Oversee product listings, content updates, and inventory management
  6. Ensure consistency of product information and pricing across all e-commerce platforms
  7. Optimize product pages to improve conversion rates and user experience
  8. Data Analysis:
  9. Analyze e-commerce platform data to guide decision-making and strategic adjustments
  10. Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment rates
  11. Provide detailed sales reports and trend analysis
  12. Digital Marketing:
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop e-commerce-specific marketing campaigns
  14. Manage search engine marketing and display advertising campaigns
  15. Implement email marketing and customer retention strategies
  16. Inventory & Order Management:
  17. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability
  18. Monitor order fulfillment processes and customer service levels
  19. Resolve inventory and logistics-related issues
  20. Market Trend Analysis:
  21. Research e-commerce trends and consumer buying behaviors
  22. Monitor competitors' online activities and performance
  23. Identify growth opportunities and potential partnerships

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of e-commerce management experience in consumer electronics or related industries
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platform operations and optimization (Amazon, Newegg, etc.)
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills, with knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platform backends, CRM systems, and analytics tools
